Senior Associate – Entity Governance and Compliance

About the role

PwC Luxembourg is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Entity Governance and Compliance team within the Tax department. You will work on investment fund governance and corporate secretarial matters, collaborating with international colleagues and serving both client assignments and internal projects.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare corporate documentation for investment funds.
• Organise and participate in board of directors’ meetings and general meetings.
• Monitor regulatory compliance, including filing and publication requirements.
• Assist with company liquidations within groups or funds.
• Liaise with lawyers, notaries, banks and domiciliation agents.
• Coach and share knowledge with junior staff.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in law (or equivalent).
• At least two years of professional experience.
• 3‑5 years in the alternative fund industry as a legal, para‑legal or corporate secretary officer.
• Strong analytical mindset, team‑player attitude and ability to work independently.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in French or German is a plus.
