Sales Executive – Luxembourg

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our client’s team in Luxembourg. The role focuses on generating new business, nurturing client relationships, and consistently meeting sales targets across multiple onsite locations.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new leads and business opportunities.
• Contact potential clients via phone, email, and face‑to‑face meetings.
• Present the company’s products and services to prospects.
• Build, maintain, and strengthen long‑term client relationships.
• Follow up with prospects, negotiate terms, and close deals.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of proven experience in sales or business development.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Fluent in English; French, German or Luxembourgish is a plus.
• Target‑driven, result‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and manage a pipeline.
