Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of system‑integration projects in Luxembourg. Reporting to senior management, you will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, organize and direct all phases of projects from award through start‑up.
• Prepare and manage installation plans, job procedures, and project schedules.
• Translate customer requirements into detailed proposals and implementation plans.
• Review and approve cost estimates, supervise design engineering, installation labor and subcontractors.
• Coordinate procurement of materials, supplies and services to meet project timelines and budgets.
• Maintain accurate records of job status, material flow and financials; manage invoicing and collections.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Communicate regularly with customers to ensure satisfaction and address changes.

Required profile

• Ability to manage multiple small to large, complex projects simultaneously.
• Strong customer‑focus and communication skills.
• Experience in overseeing procurement, installation and start‑up activities.
• Capability to work under supervision while taking ownership of project outcomes.
