Coding Specialist (Fluent in French) – Freelance AI Trainer

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled coding specialist who is fluent in French to help train next‑generation large language models. As a freelance AI trainer you will work remotely, interacting with AI systems on complex software engineering topics and providing high‑quality feedback in French.

Key responsibilities

• Engage in conversational sessions with the model on algorithms, data structures, software architecture, and full‑stack development.
• Verify logical accuracy, coding fluency, and naturalness of French language usage.
• Document failure modes, capture reproducible error traces, and suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.
• Assess and report on secure coding practices, memory management, asynchronous programming, and debugging of distributed systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s, master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Professional coding experience and technical writing in French.
• Open‑source contributions or similar evidence of deep technical expertise.
• Ability to communicate metacognitively – “show your work” throughout the evaluation process.
