Project Manager – Global Priority Migration

About the role

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead a high‑priority migration initiative that moves APAC‑based clients to our Luxembourg hub. The nine‑month assignment supports a global banking institution’s effort to simplify its operating model, with a target completion by the end of 2026.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between the Luxembourg office and the central project team in Hong Kong.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams (Operations, Compliance, AML/KYC) and ensure alignment with the global timeline.
• Maintain and update a detailed project plan, track progress, and report status to local and global stakeholders.
• Organise and lead meetings, drive delivery, and follow up on actions and issues.
• Execute specific project tasks and handle ad‑hoc documentation as required.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing large‑scale projects, preferably in asset management or financial services.
• Fluent English communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders across cultures.
• Self‑starter attitude with strong professional judgment and risk‑escalation capability.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with project scheduling tools such as Gantt charts.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Prince2, PMP).
