Project Manager – Digital Transformation (Microsoft Dynamics 365)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead digital transformation initiatives for a leading client in Luxembourg. The role focuses on delivering end‑to‑end projects using Microsoft Dynamics 365, ensuring seamless integration, stakeholder alignment, and successful adoption across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full project lifecycle – from requirements gathering to development, testing, deployment and hyper‑care.
• Drive digital transformation using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service and Project Operations.
• Analyse and optimise business processes to improve efficiency.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
• Oversee vendor and partner interactions, including Microsoft and system integrators.
• Lead change management, user training and adoption activities.
• Monitor risk, budget and timeline to ensure project delivery within scope.
• Provide expertise on enterprise IT environments and infrastructure/telecom/utility domains.

Required profile

• Fluent French (mandatory) and proficient English.
• Proven experience in managing IT projects, preferably in infrastructure, telecom or utilities sectors.
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
