Product Lead – Communications Platform

About the role

We are seeking a Product Lead to drive the strategic evolution of a mature business communications platform. Based in Luxembourg and working fully remote, you will shape the long‑term vision, identify new market opportunities, and lead high‑impact initiatives that support both product growth and business expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the long‑term product strategy and roadmap for the communications platform.
• Identify market trends, customer needs, and new business opportunities to expand the product portfolio.
• Collaborate with engineering, leadership, and customer‑facing teams to deliver high‑value initiatives.
• Participate in technical decision‑making and product architecture discussions.
• Build and support a high‑performing product organization aligned with strategic goals.
• Drive development of new product lines while continuously improving existing solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading complex B2B products or technology platforms.
• Strong expertise in product discovery, strategy, and roadmap development.
• Solid technical understanding to work effectively with software engineering teams.
• Ability to make informed decisions in ambiguous environments and launch new products.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Professional proficiency in Russian and English (minimum B2 level).
