Part-Time Accountant with Parking and Homeworking

About the role

We are looking for a part‑time internal accountant to join a growing professional services firm in the eastern region of Luxembourg. The position offers a healthy work‑life balance with the possibility to work from home and a dedicated parking place.

Key responsibilities

• Own the company’s internal accounting, handling day‑to‑day bookkeeping and supporting tax‑related preparations.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and participate in monthly and annual closing processes.
• Monitor cash movements and ensure accurate follow‑up of incoming and outgoing payments.
• Review supplier invoices, verify accuracy and guarantee timely settlement.
• Calculate and review client fees on a quarterly basis before invoicing banking partners.
• Maintain regular contact with external stakeholders such as banks, fiduciaries and public authorities.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an accounting role, preferably within a fiduciary, accounting firm or financial services environment.
• Demonstrated career continuity and a long‑term professional outlook.
• Fluent in German, comfortable working in English; French is an advantage.
• Proficient with accounting tools BOB50 and Multiline.

What we offer

• Gross annual salary up to €65,000, dependent on experience and expertise.
