Part-Time Accountant – Parking & Homeworking

About the role

We are looking for a part‑time internal accountant to join a growing PFS in eastern Luxembourg. The role works closely with a senior colleague and supports day‑to‑day bookkeeping, tax preparation and financial reporting while offering a healthy work‑life balance through flexible hours and homeworking options.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of internal accounting, day‑to‑day bookkeeping and tax‑related preparations.
• Contribute to the preparation of financial statements and support monthly and annual closing processes.
• Monitor cash movements and follow up incoming and outgoing payments.
• Review supplier invoices for accuracy and ensure timely settlement.
• Calculate and review client fees quarterly before invoicing banking partners.
• Maintain regular contact with external stakeholders such as banks, fiduciaries and public authorities.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience in accounting, preferably in a fiduciary, accounting firm or financial services environment.
• Demonstrated career continuity and a long‑term professional outlook.
• Fluency in German and English; French is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a senior colleague.

Required skills

• Proficiency with accounting software BOB50.
• Proficiency with accounting software Multiline.
