Operational Excellence Leader – Luxembourg Site

About the role

DuPont is seeking an experienced Operational Excellence (OpEx) Leader to drive performance, digital transformation and long‑term competitiveness at its Luxembourg manufacturing site. You will work closely with site leaders, engineers, operators and functional teams to turn strategy into execution and embed continuous improvement into daily work.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the deployment and sustainability of DuPont’s OpEx Management System across the site.
• Coach leaders and teams on Daily Visual Management, operating reviews, tiered accountability and performance management.
• Define and monitor SQDIP performance metrics to quickly identify gaps.
• Shape and manage the site’s OpEx roadmap, aligning improvement initiatives with business priorities.
• Develop OpEx capabilities through coaching, mentoring and hands‑on training.
• Lead structured problem‑solving initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, A3, PDCA, 5 Whys, Pareto and root‑cause analysis.
• Facilitate Kaizen events and improvement workshops that deliver sustainable results.
• Support key site priorities such as productivity, reliability, manufacturing efficiency, quality, waste reduction, yield improvement and cost competitiveness.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, IT and functional teams to implement digital solutions that simplify work and improve decision‑making.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading Operational Excellence or Continuous Improvement programs in an advanced manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma and structured problem‑solving methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to coach and develop cross‑functional teams.
• Passion for digital innovation and transformation in manufacturing.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
