About the role

As a Packaging Operator you will work on an automated line that packages dairy products for LUXLAIT, a leading Luxembourgish dairy. You will ensure smooth production, maintain product quality and follow strict food‑safety standards while working in a shift‑based environment.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor the automated packaging line for dairy products.
• Check product quality continuously during production.
• Make autonomous decisions on corrective actions when the line malfunctions.
• Apply food‑quality and safety standards throughout the process.
• Respect the production schedule, managing time and output quantities.

Required profile

• Responsible, motivated and rigorous.
• Excellent organisational abilities.
• Capable of working completely autonomously.
• Willingness to work in rotating shifts, including weekends.
• Fluent in French; additional languages are a plus.
• Experience in industry or a technical training background is advantageous.

Required skills

• Automated packaging line operation.
• Food quality control.
