Junior Procurement Officer

About the role

Our client is looking for a Junior Procurement Officer to support the full tender lifecycle, from document preparation to award notification, ensuring compliance with public procurement regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare procurement documents for calls for tenders, including project reference forms and administrative forms.
• Perform quality checks on procurement documents (version control, consistency, completeness) before publication.
• Prepare and dispatch communications during the procurement procedure, such as clarification requests and award letters.
• Participate in tender opening sessions and record opening results.
• Maintain thorough documentation and records for audits, ensuring public procurement compliance.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of operational procurement experience.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and comfortable managing administrative tasks.
• Experience performing quality checks on procurement documents and archiving tender documentation.
• Ability to manage signatures of contractual documents.
• Exposure to supplier performance management, KPIs or dashboard/reporting tools is a strong advantage.
