IT HRIS Officer – Oracle HCM Cloud Support

About the role

We are looking for an IT HRIS Officer to provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for our Oracle HCM Cloud modules. The role involves handling incidents, service requests, and ensuring the smooth operation of HR data flows within a Luxembourg‑based environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for Oracle HCM Cloud modules, managing incidents and service requests.
• Monitor system performance, report and resolve basic issues promptly.
• Assist with integrations by checking data flows and troubleshooting errors.
• Support Oracle releases through testing, validation, and basic analysis of changes.
• Help configure, test, and document change requests.
• Collaborate with HR and IT teams to understand issues and drive improvements.
• Maintain data quality and ensure system accuracy.
• Create and update user guides and basic documentation.
• Provide guidance to users and answer questions.
• Participate in testing activities and ongoing system enhancements.

Required profile

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong communication skills to convey technical information to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Team player who can also work independently.
• Previous experience with Oracle HCM is an advantage.
