About the role
The Group Consolidation Specialist will oversee DATA4's statutory consolidation process, ensuring accurate and IFRS‑compliant financial reporting for the group. You will prepare quarterly and annual consolidated accounts, work closely with local finance teams, and support audit activities.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate collection of financial data from all group entities and ensure data integrity.
- Prepare quarterly and annual consolidated accounts, analysing variations and providing explanations.
- Maintain compliance with IFRS standards and monitor regulatory updates.
- Communicate consolidation instructions to finance teams and resolve related issues.
- Support audit processes and contribute to finance projects aimed at streamlining consolidation.
Required profile
- Master’s degree in accounting, finance or a related field (DSCG preferred).
- Experience in group consolidation, preferably with a Big 4 background.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS standards and their application.
- Familiarity with LBO‑type holdings and multi‑scope management.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
Required skills
- Advanced Excel.
- OneStream consolidation tool.
- In‑depth IFRS knowledge.
