Equipment Sales Engineer – Luxembourg

About the role

Join Trane Technologies in Luxembourg as an Equipment Sales Engineer, driving B2B HVAC equipment sales. You will build strong customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and provide technical and commercial guidance tailored to each project.

Key responsibilities

• Drive B2B sales of HVAC equipment in Luxembourg using a consultative, solution‑oriented approach.
• Develop long‑term customer relationships and identify new commercial opportunities.
• Prepare and present tailored commercial proposals, lead negotiations, and ensure contracts align with company terms.
• Collaborate with installers, designers, investors and other stakeholders to recommend comprehensive HVAC solutions.
• Monitor sales performance, report results, track market trends and maintain accurate customer data.

Required profile

• Technical education in mechanics, machine construction, air‑conditioning, refrigeration, ventilation or heating.
• Proven experience in technical sales and building long‑term relationships with industrial or commercial customers.
• Proactive, independent attitude with strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Good command of English (minimum B2 level) and willingness to travel up to 70% of the time.
• Valid Category B driving licence.
