Cyber Security Infrastructure Engineer

About the role

As a Cyber Security Infrastructure Engineer you will join BDA Global Services in Luxembourg to design, deploy and operate the core security components that protect our clients’ ICT environments. You will work closely with network and IT teams to ensure robust, compliant and continuously improving security services.

Key responsibilities

• Configure, enhance and operate a wide range of security solutions including firewalls, web proxies, email anti‑spam, anti‑virus, DMZ segmentation, web application firewalls and intrusion‑prevention systems.
• Provide day‑to‑day support for incident response, troubleshooting, change management and the implementation of security procedures.
• Manage local network aspects, user accounts, rights and security event monitoring.
• Regularly review, patch and optimise security configurations.
• Conduct technical monitoring and market research to recommend suitable technologies.
• Produce evaluation reports and studies to aid decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, standards and best practices.
• Experience with penetration testing, threat modelling and security audits.
• Fluency in both French and English.
