B2B Airline Sales Specialist – Luxembourg & International

About the role

As a B2B Airline Sales Specialist, you will drive the growth of indirect sales channels for a leading international tourism company. You will work with travel agencies, corporate clients and institutional partners across Luxembourg and other markets, turning market insights into commercial success.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage commercial relationships with travel agencies, corporate clients and institutional partners.
• Identify new business opportunities, negotiate agreements and expand the B2B network.
• Plan and execute sales initiatives based on market data and commercial objectives.
• Organise customer visits, workshops, product presentations and events in Luxembourg and abroad.
• Represent the company at industry trade fairs and conferences.
• Collaborate with internal teams to handle commercial requests and resolve sensitive customer cases.
• Support CRM projects, digital sales tools, marketing budgets and regular sales reporting.
• Monitor sales performance, market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy.

Required profile

• 2 to 5 years of B2B sales or account management experience in aviation, airlines, tour operators or related sectors.
• Proven track record in indirect sales channels and CRM management.
• Strong analytical ability to turn data into actionable commercial actions.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation and relationship‑building skills.
• Proactive mindset with ownership of projects and business opportunities.
• Willingness to travel regularly for client visits, workshops and industry events.
• Fluent English with good command of French and/or German.
