AI Operations Coordinator – Claude AI Platform

About the role

We are seeking an AI Operations Coordinator to drive AI adoption and operational transformation across the business. Working fully remotely, you will design and implement AI‑powered workflows, support digital marketing initiatives, and help optimise processes for greater efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and implement AI‑driven improvements to operational processes.
• Design, develop and maintain AI prompts, templates, workflows and documentation using Claude or similar platforms.
• Research emerging AI tools and evaluate their practical applications.
• Create training materials and guide users to adopt AI solutions effectively.
• Coordinate digital marketing activities, including social media scheduling, content creation and campaign support.
• Manage website updates, marketing collateral and online business listings.
• Lead continuous‑improvement initiatives to reduce manual work.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to streamline processes and deliver innovative solutions.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in AI operations, process improvement, digital or marketing operations, or related fields.
• Hands‑on experience with Claude or comparable AI platforms.
• Proven ability to develop AI prompts, templates, workflows and process documentation.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a focus on optimisation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to explain technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
• Highly organised, capable of managing multiple projects in a remote setting.
• Self‑motivated, comfortable working independently within distributed teams.
• Passion for emerging AI technologies and a commitment to continuous learning.
