Litigation, Arbitration & Investigations Lawyer

About the role

Linklaters LLP is expanding its Litigation, Arbitration & Investigations (LAI) team in Luxembourg. The successful candidate will join a leading international law firm and work on complex civil and commercial disputes, both in and out of court.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in projects covering all areas of litigation and arbitration, with a strong focus on civil and commercial law.
• Manage out‑of‑court assistance and represent clients in court proceedings.
• Collaborate closely with cross‑practice departments and offices in other jurisdictions on cross‑border matters.

Required profile

• Qualified lawyer (registered under List I or IV) with 4‑7 years of post‑qualification experience.
• Outstanding academic record.
• Fluent in written and spoken French and English; German and Luxembourgish are a plus.
• Experience in insolvency, data‑protection, investigations or sanction proceedings is advantageous.
• Team player capable of working independently, with strong drafting, analytical and communication skills.
