IT Network & Security Consultant

About the role

We are looking for an experienced IT Network & Security Consultant to join our growing team. You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining network and security platforms, ensuring robust and reliable infrastructure for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Implement network and security solutions based on designs provided by the delivery team.
• Configure, troubleshoot, and install routers, switches, firewalls, VPN, WLAN, and 802.1X authentication devices.
• Conduct hands‑on workshops to share knowledge with internal colleagues.
• Collaborate with the internal IT Network & Security team to provide feedback from past projects and improve design and migration processes.
• Perform regular technology watch to stay up‑to‑date with industry trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of networking experience, preferably with an ICT services provider.
• Minimum 2 years of security experience, with proven expertise in firewalls or security solutions.
• Fluent in French and English.

Required skills

• Major networking vendors: Aruba, Cisco, Juniper.
• Networking protocols: IPsec, OSPF, 802.1X, VLANs, LACP, Lag/MC‑Lag, VRF.
• Security technologies: Fortinet, Sophos, HTTP/S inspection, application control, WAF, IDS/IPS, mail security gateway, web protection, antivirus, EDR.
