HR Recruitment Analyst – Bilingual English/French

About the role

We are seeking a motivated HR Recruitment Analyst to support recruitment and selection processes for a European Institution. The position requires bilingual proficiency in English and French and offers the opportunity to work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates across multiple departments. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient hiring operations while maintaining high standards of candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Post vacancy notices and source candidates via LinkedIn.
• Screen CVs, schedule both virtual and onsite interviews, and prepare offer letters.
• Provide logistical support and act as the single point of contact for candidates and hiring managers on recruitment matters.
• Assist recruiters in managing reserve lists and the traineeship programme, including onboarding activities.
• Liaise with the Budget and Finance Unit regarding candidate travel expenses.
• Prepare internal recruitment reports and related documentation.
• Coordinate interview logistics, ensuring appropriate facilities and technology are available.
• Maintain and update recruitment databases and candidate records.
• Ensure compliance with EU recruitment regulations and internal policies.

Required profile

• At least one year of experience in recruitment or a related HR function.
• Fluent in English (C1 level) and French (B2/C1 level).
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
