Travel Management Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Travel Management Specialist to join our newly created travel department at PM International’s International Headquarters in Schengen, Luxembourg. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and optimizing domestic and international business travel for our global workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Arrange and manage flights, accommodation, and ground transportation for employees worldwide.
• Ensure compliance with company travel policies and global travel regulations.
• Negotiate rates with airlines, hotels, and travel vendors to achieve cost savings.
• Monitor travel budgets, track expenses, and provide cost‑optimisation insights.
• Handle last‑minute changes, cancellations, and travel emergencies.
• Prepare itineraries, travel documentation, and visa/health requirement guidance.
• Generate travel and expense reports for management review.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Tourism, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate or international travel management.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage urgent situations professionally.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with travel booking and expense tools such as SAP Concur, Amadeus, or similar GDS platforms.
• Solid understanding of global travel regulations and corporate travel policies.
• Experience in budget management and vendor negotiation.
