Senior Tax Analyst – Indirect Tax

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Tax Analyst to join our finance team and take ownership of indirect tax compliance across our group entities. You will manage VAT obligations, tax reporting and regulatory compliance in multiple jurisdictions while collaborating closely with the Finance Lead on strategic tax initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Review and analyse transactions and legal agreements from an indirect tax perspective.
• Prepare, review and file periodic and annual VAT returns, recapitulative statements and other indirect tax obligations.
• Draft tax working papers, support tax and financial audits and manage related deliverables.
• Perform financial data analysis, support IT‑enabled reporting and handle e‑filing of tax returns.
• Communicate with local tax authorities and keep internal trackers up to date.
• Investigate tax variances, forecast tax liabilities and update the team on tax law changes.
• Contribute to the development of accounting processes, internal controls and documentation.
• Mentor junior team members on complex tax matters.

Required profile

• Strong experience in indirect tax compliance, VAT management and financial reporting.
• Familiarity with Luxembourg tax regulations and Intrastat reporting.
• Proven ability to prepare tax documentation for audits and interact with tax authorities.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
