Restaurant Manager – Front‑of‑House Lead

About the role

The Mama Boys Group is a fast‑growing restaurant group based in Luxembourg, welcoming over 10,000 guests each week across nine establishments. We are seeking a motivated Restaurant Manager (M/F) to join our team of more than 270 collaborators and help drive the continued growth of our unique concepts.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all front‑of‑house operations, ensuring smooth service flow.
• Manage guest reception, seating arrangements, and overall customer satisfaction.
• Lead, motivate, and train the front‑of‑house team to maintain high service standards.
• Collaborate closely with the kitchen to deliver a seamless guest experience.
• Contribute to strategic development of the restaurant, including menu creation, event planning, commercial strategy, staff management, and service development.

Required profile

• Proven experience in restaurant management.
• Excellent organizational skills and a strong customer‑service mindset.
• Comfortable coordinating events and handling logistics.
• Natural leadership with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
• Professional appearance, strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proactive, composed under pressure, and motivated by challenges.
