Nurse (m/f/d) – Home Care Center in Rédange

About the role

We are looking for a qualified nurse to join our Home Care Center in Rédange. The role involves providing comprehensive care to clients in their daily lives, supporting their autonomy while working within an interdisciplinary team.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver holistic client care in the context of daily living.
• Perform delegated medical‑technical procedures and assist with essential daily activities such as hygiene, mobility, and nutrition during home visits.
• Apply the care process to promote client independence.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and follow the foundation’s quality standards.
• Supervise client care as the reference nurse.

Required profile

• Valid nursing diploma and authorization to practice.
• Experience in care planning and documentation.
• Proficiency in Luxembourgish and French or German; willingness to learn Luxembourgish to B1 level if not already mastered.
• Ability to use MS Office tools.
• Team spirit, client‑service orientation, and strong relational skills.
• Professional commitment, autonomy, and a valid driver’s licence.
