Logistics Associate – 12-Month Contract

About the role

We are looking for a Logistics Associate to support our international supply chain for a 12‑month mission. You will manage export and import shipments, ensure compliance with customs regulations, and collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to maintain smooth product flow.

Key responsibilities

• Book export shipments according to sales schedules and handle various shipment types.
• Book import shipments based on purchasing department requests.
• Prepare shipping documents and supervise daily loading with warehouse, carriers, and security staff.
• Analyze Incoterms and manage export, import, and transit customs declarations.
• Negotiate transport prices, control invoicing, and investigate cost variances.
• Monitor delivery performance, resolve delivery issues, and manage transport claims.
• Produce monthly KPI statistics and drive continuous improvement of logistics processes.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal departments to optimise transportation and enhance customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain or a related field.
• Entry‑level experience in logistics is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset and solution‑oriented attitude.
• Fluent in written and spoken French; good level of English.
• Ability to work under pressure in a “Just‑In‑Time” environment.
• Team player with excellent communication skills.
