Lead Solution Architect – French Speaking (Onsite Luxembourg)

About the role

We are seeking a Lead Solution Architect who is fluent in French and English to join our on‑site team in Luxembourg. The role involves shaping end‑to‑end technology solutions for complex business environments and ensuring alignment between business needs and scalable architecture.

Key responsibilities

• Define comprehensive end‑to‑end solution architectures across multiple projects.
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers and Enterprise Architecture teams.
• Analyse business complexity and constructively challenge stakeholders to deliver value.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technology designs.
• Lead solution design activities across cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect or Lead Solution Architect.
• Ability to balance technical architecture with deep business understanding.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent French (mandatory) and English.

Required skills

• Experience with architecture and modelling tools such as ERD.
• Proficiency in Archimate.
• Knowledge of BPMN.
• Familiarity with UML.
