About the role

Join the Stëftung Hëllef Doheem team as a qualified nurse providing comprehensive home‑care services at the Centre d'Aide et de Soins in Rédange. You will support clients in their daily lives while promoting autonomy and high‑quality care.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver holistic client care within the context of daily living.
• Perform delegated medical‑technical procedures and assist with essential activities such as hygiene, mobility and nutrition during scheduled home visits.
• Apply the care process to enhance client independence.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, adhering to the foundation’s care concept and quality code.
• Supervise and coordinate client care as the reference nurse.

Required profile

• Valid nursing diploma and current licence to practice.
• Experience in care planning and documentation.
• Proficiency in Luxembourgish and French or German; if Luxembourgish is not mastered, a B1‑level language course is mandatory.
• Ability to use MS Office tools.
• Team‑oriented mindset, strong client‑service attitude and good relational skills.
• Professional commitment, capacity to work autonomously and a valid driver’s licence.
