About the role

We are looking for a Business Consultant specialized in Financial Services to join Antea Advisory in Luxembourg. The role involves supporting banks, insurers, asset managers and fund services in their transformation journeys, ensuring operational excellence and regulatory resilience.

Key responsibilities

• Work with clients to design and implement business transformation initiatives using best‑practice methodologies.
• Conduct analyses of processes, finance and risk functions to identify efficiency gains.
• Support regulatory and compliance projects, including data and digital transformation.
• Produce research, white papers and training materials to enhance internal knowledge.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop new service offerings.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in finance, economics, business administration or a related discipline.
• Minimum three years of experience in consulting or within a financial institution (banking, insurance, asset management or funds).
• Fluent in English and French.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication abilities.
• Client‑first mindset with a proactive, innovative attitude.
