Business Development & Sales Lead – Financial Services

About the role

Join Accenture Luxembourg’s Financial Services team as a Business Development and Sales Lead. You will work with C‑level clients across banks, insurers and capital market institutions, driving large‑scale strategic deals and shaping go‑to‑market initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal legal, pricing, account management and technology teams to craft tailored commercial proposals and contracts.
• Define financial strategies that align client budgets with profitability goals, using various pricing methods and business value cases.
• Organise and lead origination sessions on emerging topics such as Data, AI, Cloud and Cybersecurity.
• Support commercial strategy by developing annual account plans and executing targeted initiatives.
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with external technology partners to enhance service offerings.
• Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes and technological advancements to create bespoke client solutions.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Business or a technology‑oriented discipline.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strategic focus on exceeding business development goals.
• Curious and pragmatic approach to delivering innovative client solutions.
• 3‑5 years of experience in financial services business development or strategy consulting.
