Accountant – Private Equity & Real Estate

About the role

Join AVEGA as an Accountant supporting our Luxembourg holding companies in the private equity and real‑estate sectors. You will be responsible for day‑to‑day accounting, annual financial statements, and liaising with tax, audit and legal advisors.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations for Luxembourgish holding entities.
• Prepare annual accounts in accordance with LuxGAAP.
• Produce regular financial statements and board‑meeting documentation.
• Assist tax consultants with VAT and corporate tax filings.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax specialists and lawyers.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, domiciliation or audit within Luxembourg.
• Strong knowledge of LuxGAAP and financial reporting practices.
• Ability to prepare consolidated accounts using Excel.
• Fluent in English and German.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Expertise in LuxGAAP accounting standards.
