UI/UX Designer – Digital Banking (Strong UI Focus)

About the role

We are seeking a UI/UX Designer with a strong visual focus to join the digital product team of a leading Luxembourg banking institution. You will shape modern, consistent, and user‑friendly banking experiences across web and mobile platforms, ensuring high visual quality while also supporting key UX activities.

Key responsibilities

• Design high‑fidelity UI for web and mobile banking applications.
• Maintain and evolve the design system, including components, styles, and patterns.
• Translate UX requirements into production‑ready visual designs.
• Collaborate with product owners, UX designers, and developers to ensure pixel‑perfect implementation.
• Prepare design specifications and UI assets for development teams.
• Participate in design reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of product quality.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong emphasis on UI design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high‑quality interface design and UX thinking.
• Fluent in French and good command of English.

Required skills

• Figma (components, auto‑layout, design systems).
• Solid understanding of UX principles such as user flows and wireframing.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with developers and product teams.
