Senior UX/Product Designer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior UX/Product Designer to shape user experiences for our digital products in Luxembourg. The role involves collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver intuitive, user‑centered designs that align with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and development teams in an agile environment to deliver user‑centric design solutions.
• Lead the end‑to‑end design process, ensuring alignment with user needs and business goals.
• Develop and maintain a design system by creating new components and refining existing ones for a consistent brand identity across digital platforms.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and continuously improve design quality.
• Design adaptable and responsive interfaces across multiple devices and screen sizes.
• Ensure coherence and consistency of user experience throughout software products.
• Facilitate collaborative workshops to drive design thinking and innovation.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to align design strategies and implementation.

Required profile

• Degree in Human‑Computer Interaction, Digital Media, Media Informatics, or a related discipline.
• 3 to 4 years of proven UX design experience, supported by a portfolio of impactful user‑centered projects.
• Skilled in both qualitative and quantitative user research methodologies.
• Comprehensive understanding of the full UX process—from research and concept ideation to prototyping, validation, and implementation.
• Experience designing web applications or software is highly advantageous.
• Strong expertise in interaction design, visual design, and both low‑ and high‑fidelity prototyping.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma.
• Comfortable facilitating collaborative workshops and applying design‑thinking principles.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a structured, self‑driven approach to stakeholder management.
• Fluent in English; French language skills are a significant asset.
