Senior Corporate Officer – Legal & Corporate Services (Luxembourg)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Corporate Officer to join a growing, human‑sized ManCo in Luxembourg. You will be responsible for the full legal lifecycle of alternative investment funds and SPVs, primarily in private equity, ensuring smooth administration from set‑up to liquidation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the constitution, ongoing administration, and dissolution of SPVs and alternative investment funds.
• Prepare and organise board and shareholder meetings, draft minutes, resolutions and board packs.
• Coordinate bank account openings and act as the main point of contact for clients.
• Maintain communication with regulators, administrations and third‑party service providers.
• Ensure timely statutory and regulatory filings.

Required profile

• 3‑4+ years of experience as a corporate officer within a PFS or AIFM in Luxembourg.
• Ability to work autonomously on full‑cycle fund administration.
• Fluent English for client interaction and internal communication.
• Law degree (Bachelor or Master) or relevant legal certifications.
