Logistics Coordinator – International Shipping

About the role

The Logistics Coordinator will manage daily logistics activities, ensuring timely and cost‑effective shipments while maintaining precise documentation. You will act as a key liaison between the warehouse, customers, and freight carriers.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate economical and on‑time shipments with warehouse and other teams.
• Prepare invoices, customs documents, manifests, bills of lading, and certificates of origin.
• Arrange direct shipments from suppliers to customers and verify all paperwork.
• Review customer invoices for accuracy before shipment.
• Audit freight bills, authorize payments, and ensure correct charge allocation.
• Handle documentation for hazardous‑material shipments and stay current with international shipping regulations.
• Support and develop EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) connections with freight carriers.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement initiatives and design new logistics forms.

Required profile

• Education in technical sales, logistics, or equivalent experience.
• Several years of experience in customer service, customs, or international transport.
• Strong organizational and project‑management abilities.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently.
• Technical and mechanical aptitude.

Required skills

• EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) handling.
• Hazardous‑material shipment documentation.
