Logistics Coordinator – International Shipping

About the role

We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage daily logistics activities, ensuring timely and cost‑effective shipments while maintaining accurate documentation. The role supports internal warehouse teams and external customers across international routes.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate economical and timely shipments with warehouse and other teams.
• Prepare invoices, customs documents, manifests, bills of lading, and certificates of origin.
• Arrange direct shipments from suppliers to customers and ensure all paperwork is complete.
• Review customer invoices for accuracy before shipment.
• Maintain direct contact with customers for shipping document approval.
• Audit freight bills for correct customer and warranty charges and authorize payment.
• Handle documentation for hazardous material shipments and stay current on international shipping regulations.
• Develop and support EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) programs with freight carriers.
• Design new logistics forms and participate in continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Education in technical sales, logistics or equivalent experience.
• Several years of experience in customer service, customs, traffic department or international transport.
• Strong organizational and project‑management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and stay self‑motivated.
• Solid technical and mechanical aptitude.
• Effective interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
