Travel Management Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Travel Management Specialist to coordinate domestic and international travel for our global team. You will ensure compliance with company policies, optimise travel costs, and support travelers throughout their journeys.

Key responsibilities

• Arrange and manage flights, accommodation, and transportation for both domestic and international trips.
• Ensure adherence to company travel policies and global regulations.
• Negotiate rates with airlines, hotels, and other travel vendors.
• Monitor travel budgets, track expenses, and identify cost‑optimisation opportunities.
• Handle last‑minute changes, cancellations, and travel emergencies.
• Provide travelers with detailed itineraries and necessary documentation.
• Generate travel and expense reports and deliver insights to management.
• Stay updated on visa, passport, and health requirements and advise stakeholders proactively.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Tourism, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in travel management or coordination, preferably in an international environment.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage urgent situations professionally.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with travel booking and expense tools such as SAP Concur, Amadeus, or similar GDS platforms.
• Solid understanding of global travel regulations and corporate travel policies.
• Experience in budget management and vendor negotiation.
