Freelance Tour Leader – Luxembourg & Grand Est (30 €/hour)

About the role

Cognosimo is seeking an enthusiastic Freelance Tour Leader to conduct engaging guided tours across Luxembourg and the Grand Est region. You will work independently, delivering high‑quality experiences to diverse groups of visitors while representing the brand’s premium standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead informative and entertaining tours in Luxembourg and the Grand Est area.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure visitor safety throughout each tour.
• Research and tailor tour content to match client interests and seasonal highlights.
• Coordinate directly with tour operators and clients for scheduling and special requests.
• Maintain accurate records of tour itineraries, attendance, and feedback.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a guided tour leader or similar role.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to engage diverse groups.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Independent, well‑organized, and capable of managing your own schedule.
• Knowledge of Luxembourg and Grand Est history, culture, and attractions is a plus.
