Video Producer – Remote

About the role

CoinPoker is looking for a remote Video Producer to lead the creation of long‑form video content for its YouTube channel and partner collaborations. You will turn poker gameplay and stories into engaging videos that attract and retain viewers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop concepts and full‑length productions for the YouTube channel and ambassador/partner content, aligning with the Head of Video’s strategy.
• Plan and source all required footage, including tournament streams, commissioned shoots and partner material.
• Shape each story from concept through edit direction, focusing on tension, characters and moments that keep audiences watching.
• Direct the editing process, either editing yourself or briefing editors, ensuring consistent quality, pacing and alignment with titles and thumbnails.
• Adapt tone and style to fit the CoinPoker brand or partner’s voice while maintaining audience relevance.
• Manage production schedules across multiple channels to meet the content calendar.
• Incorporate performance data and retention insights into future concepts and edits.
• Collaborate with ambassador and partnership teams on briefs, footage and turnaround.
• Leverage AI and modern production tools to improve speed and quality.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience producing long‑form video content, preferably for gaming or entertainment audiences.
• Strong understanding of poker as a content genre and what drives viewer engagement.
• Portfolio showcasing completed long‑form videos.
