Video Producer for Crypto‑Poker Platform

About the role

CoinPoker is looking for a Video Producer to own the long‑form video output of its YouTube channel and partner collaborations. You will turn poker gameplay and stories into engaging video content that captures and retains viewers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop long‑form video concepts and productions for the YouTube channel and ambassador/partner content, aligning with the Head of Video’s strategy.
• Plan and source footage from streams, tournament coverage, commissioned shoots, or partner material to ensure all raw assets are available.
• Shape each story, directing the edit to deliver strong pacing, tension, and compelling characters.
• Manage production schedules across multiple channels, ensuring reliable delivery against the content calendar.
• Apply retention data and performance feedback to refine future concepts and edits.
• Coordinate with ambassador and partnership teams on briefs, footage, and turnaround times.
• Leverage AI and modern production tools to improve speed and quality.

Required profile

• A portfolio of long‑form videos that held audience attention, with clear explanations of concept and results.
• Deep understanding of poker as content – the hands, players, stakes, and stories that make it compelling.
• Proven ability to take a video from concept through to finished piece, including sourcing footage and shaping narrative.
• Strong story‑structure instincts and the judgment to cut anything that doesn’t serve the narrative.
• Experience planning and managing production across multiple videos and channels, delivering on schedule.
• Ability to adapt tone and style for different brands or ambassadors while keeping a consistent brand voice.
