UX/UI Designer – AI & Conversational Experiences

About the role

We are seeking a UX/UI Designer to shape AI‑powered and conversational digital products. The role blends user research, interaction design, and visual design to create intuitive, accessible experiences for a diverse audience.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and experience assessments.
• Design user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity interfaces.
• Develop and maintain scalable design systems.
• Ensure compliance with accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design principles.
• Collaborate with developers, content designers, product owners, and AI specialists.
• Use analytics, testing, and user feedback to iterate and improve designs.

Required profile

• Strong expertise in both UX and UI design.
• Proven experience applying Design Thinking methodologies.
• Solid understanding of accessibility and inclusive design practices.
• Collaborative mindset with a passion for user‑centered solutions.
• Fluency in English and knowledge of French or Dutch.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Figma or comparable design tools.
• Wireframing and prototyping capabilities.
• Experience conducting and interpreting user research.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Design Thinking methodology.
