UX Designer – EU International Technology

About the role

Amazon EU International Technology is seeking a talented UX Designer to shape seamless, localized experiences for millions of customers across Europe. You will collaborate with product, research, and engineering teams to turn complex problems into simple, delightful interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with product and research to define a shared vision grounded in deep customer data analysis.
• Rapidly produce flows, wireframes, design prototypes, and high‑fidelity designs to communicate detailed interactions.
• Use data and customer insights to present and defend design recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.
• Drive design solutions from early concept through final implementation and iteration.
• Facilitate collaboration and communication across diverse disciplines and geographies.
• Translate business requirements and research into scenarios, use cases, and high‑level requirements.
• Apply systems‑level design thinking to create scalable solutions.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience as a user experience designer, interaction designer, information architect, or a similar role.
• Strong ideation skills, holistic systems thinking, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Passion for simplifying complex tasks into intuitive experiences.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to align with stakeholders.
• Online portfolio or work samples demonstrating end‑to‑end, user‑centered design solutions across desktop and mobile.

Required skills

• Knowledge of usability principles and techniques.
• Experience collaborating directly with developers to implement designs.
