Transfer Agency Oversight Manager – Cross Border

About the role

Invesco is seeking a Transfer Agency Oversight Manager to lead its cross‑border Transfer Agency (TA) function across EMEA. You will ensure that third‑party administrators (TPAs) meet service level agreements, regulatory standards, and the evolving needs of internal clients.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee performance of TPAs, manage relationships and promptly escalate issues to meet agreed SLAs.
• Coordinate with internal delegates, sales offices, banking providers and trading platforms to align TA services with business requirements.
• Lead the TA Oversight team, ensuring operational activities are completed within procedures, timelines and regulatory frameworks.
• Support regulatory, development and project initiatives, guiding TPAs and internal stakeholders to successful delivery.
• Provide first‑level issue interrogation and escalation to the Luxembourg Conducting Officer.
• Implement Global Transfer Agency strategic vision and foster a culture of diversity, trust and effective decision‑making.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing TA oversight or similar functions within an investment or asset‑management environment.
• Strong relationship‑management skills with external TPAs and internal stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of regulatory requirements and ability to drive compliance.
• Leadership experience overseeing a team and coordinating cross‑functional projects.
