Spare Parts Sales Manager (m/f/d)

About the role

We are looking for a Spare Parts Sales Manager to lead our aftermarket business in Luxembourg and the EMEA region. You will develop customer‑specific strategies, improve quotation‑to‑order conversion, and drive revenue growth for our spare‑parts portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve territorial spare‑parts revenue and order targets.
• Collaborate with regional CSM and sales teams to define and execute growth plans.
• Develop value propositions covering right parts, on‑time delivery, support, and inventory management.
• Own the spare‑parts monetising process and support product managers on new product definitions.
• Analyse customer data, report sales potential, and improve the customer engagement process.

Required profile

• Post‑secondary education (college or university degree preferred).
• 5‑10 years of experience in the injection‑molding industry or a similar sector, focusing on aftermarket sales.
• Strong understanding of injection‑molding concepts and system operation.
