Solution Architect – Telecom

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned Solution Architect to join a leading telecom project in Luxembourg. You will be responsible for shaping end‑to‑end architecture solutions that align business needs with technology capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Design and document enterprise‑level solutions using BPMN, UML, ArchiMate and ERD models.
• Lead stakeholder management and ensure alignment across business and technical teams.
• Conduct architecture case‑study interviews and governance reviews.
• Map business processes to technology platforms, focusing on telecom‑specific scenarios.
• Develop solution design exercises and provide guidance on business‑to‑technology mapping.

Required profile

• Proven experience in telecom or ICT solution architecture.
• Strong understanding of lead‑to‑cash processes and CMDB concepts.
• Ability to communicate complex architectural ideas to diverse audiences.
