Senior Wealth Strategist, Client Development – Global Family Office

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Wealth Strategist to lead client development for our Global Family Office (GFO) across Europe. Reporting to the Head of Sales EMEA & APAC, you will drive growth by originating, developing, and converting relationships with ultra‑high‑net‑worth families, business owners, and private investment offices.

Key responsibilities

• Lead business development across the European family office and private investment office market.
• Build and maintain a network of family offices, business owners, intermediaries, and external advisors.
• Manage the full sales lifecycle from prospect identification to onboarding and relationship transition.
• Develop tailored client solutions leveraging Northern Trust’s investment, asset administration, banking, technology, fiduciary, and advisory capabilities.
• Research prospects’ financial profiles and present appropriate product and service solutions.
• Collaborate with internal product, investment, banking, fiduciary, risk, and compliance teams to deliver integrated solutions.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in wealth management, family office services, or related financial advisory fields.
• Proven ability to originate and close complex client relationships.
• Strong network within the European family office and private investment community.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
