Senior Regional Construction Manager, EMEA

About the role

The Global Real Estate and Facilities (GREF) team at Amazon is seeking a Senior Regional Construction Manager for the EMEA region. You will lead construction services for Amazon corporate facilities, overseeing tenant improvements, new builds, expansions and renovations from design through operational turnover.

Key responsibilities

• Set project budgets and schedules in collaboration with leadership and stakeholders.
• Drive project scope, space allocation, cost control, prioritisation and sequencing.
• Build and lead multidisciplinary design and construction teams.
• Manage contractor performance to ensure timely, compliant delivery.
• Balance frugality and value engineering while maintaining employee experience.
• Research and introduce innovative design solutions across EMEA.
• Share best practices with GREF teams in APAC, EMEA and AMER.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering large‑scale construction projects in a corporate environment.
• Strong ability to operate strategically and tactically.
• Excellent collaboration skills with legal, IT, EHS, finance and procurement partners.
• Ability to act as an internal ambassador, educator and solutions architect.
