Senior Project Manager

About the role

As a Senior Project Manager at COSMOTE Global Solutions NV you will lead strategic software projects, ensuring delivery aligns with company goals and client expectations. You will oversee the full project lifecycle from architecture design through to production deployment.

Key responsibilities

• Take end‑to‑end accountability for delivery across multiple squads, managing technical architecture, Kanban flow and production rollout.
• Manage cross‑application dependencies, monitor progress, identify risks, define mitigation strategies and produce status and management reports.
• Coach and mentor the team, drive continuous improvement and coordinate decisions with the Product Owner, Technical Lead and QA Lead.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 7+ years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in large enterprise or banking environments.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Kanban, WIP management and flow metrics.
• Proven ability to translate technical complexity into clear business‑level communication.
• Hands‑on software engineering experience, preferably Java development.
• Solid expertise in software quality management and test automation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
