Senior Business Analyst – Payments

About the role

ANTE A Advisory is seeking a Senior Business Analyst specialized in payments to join its Luxembourg office. You will work on high‑impact projects for private and retail banking, asset management, insurance and other financial sectors, helping clients improve the end‑to‑end payment experience.

Key responsibilities

• Design and optimise payment products, services and processes to maximise customer and business value.
• Use data analysis, interviews and performance indicators to identify improvement opportunities and validate decisions.
• Define customer‑journey strategies while ensuring compliance with regulatory, risk and governance requirements.
• Monitor customer satisfaction, service quality, costs and revenues, driving continuous improvement.
• Support incident and complaint resolution and introduce new techniques and standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple segments and share knowledge internally and externally.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in business, economics, finance or a related field.
• Proven experience managing complex projects in the financial sector.
• Strong understanding of banking processes, digital channels and customer journeys.
• Excellent communication, documentation and workshop facilitation skills.
• Fluent in French and English.
