Senior Accountant

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Accountant to manage the daily accounting operations of our Luxembourg holding companies (PE SPVs). You will be the primary contact for clients on accounting and reporting matters and will ensure the preparation of high‑quality financial statements in compliance with LUXGAAP or IFRS.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day accounting for Luxembourgish holding companies.
• Prepare annual accounts and consolidated financial statements according to LUXGAAP or IFRS.
• Support tax consultants with VAT and tax return preparation.
• Participate in client, board and shareholders’ meetings.
• Supervise and coach junior accountants.
• Coordinate closely with tax specialists, audit firms and lawyers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, domiciliation or audit in Luxembourg.
• Strong knowledge of Luxembourg national accounting principles and financial reporting practices.
• Experience preparing consolidated accounts and understanding securitisation vehicles.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
